*Sigh

"What on earth just happened?" Myles asked rhetorically.

"I should be asking you that!" Daisy queried.

"If only I also had the power to erase minds," Myles muttered with a tired expression.

" I can hear you, you know," Daisy said with her face about five inches away from his, Myles raised his head to see her bend her back and look directly into his eyes; he was squatting at the time.

"Look, if you have powers, why keep them from me?"

"If you had, will you tell me?"

"Uhh..."

"See... you won't know who to trust at that moment."

"Yeah I guess..." she replied.

"Umm, may we go back to my class please?"

"Never mind your class, I'm going home... besides my mom keeps asking after you, so it would be nice if you came."

"I suppose so." She stood properly, helping Myles stand.

They went down the stairs and headed to Myles's place. Daisy and Myles have been friends since childhood, Myles was six and Daisy was five when they met. She looked at Myles who was in a deep thought stage, she wondered what he might have been thinking about. Myles opened the door and ushered her in then followed shutting the door behind him. She heard his mom's humming melody coming from the kitchen, so she plunged her jacket and the couch and ran towards the kitchen.

"Hey mam" hugging her from behind. Mrs. Scott dropped her spatula, turned around, and accepted the warm hug.

"How are you, dewdrop?"

"I'm doing well, you?"

"Oh, I'm great."

"That's nice to hear..." Turning to face Myles who was watching their union at the door.

"Hope you're taking good care of her?"

"Why do you care?" he muttered.

"Huh?"

"Never mind, I'll be in my room."

"Dinner will soon be ready darl, care to join us?"

"Sure."

"By the way, how's Nancy doing?"

"Oh, my mom's cool..."

"I'll be with Myles upstairs."

"Ok, help yourself out darl."

She went upstairs to Myle's room, knocked once on the door, and opened it. The moment she opened the door, she was stunned at her newest view of Myles: Just coming out of the shower, with a towel around his waist, there was steam all around his body, with some droplets of water, she found herself looking at his strong and beautiful set of six packs abs, she looked at his face: he was holding a smaller towel, using it to dry his long black hair; while she was still in awe, he broke through the five seconds silence:

"Hey, if you want to get in, then do so and stop staring at me from the door."

"S-s-sorry about that."

She sat on the couch opposite his bed and tried hard not to stare at him.

"Uhhh, dude..."

"What?"

"How are you going to change?"

"*Sigh" he gasped.

"Well, how?"

He walked to his closet, took out an outfit, then teleported to the basement.

"Oh, I see," she said, astonished.

Myles started coming up the stairs, but before he entered the room, her hands started glowing blue.

"Wow, that's new..." She said.

The moment she made that statement, every small-sized object started levitating, Myles's hair cream, pen, cards, and so on started levitating. Then Myles walked into the room.

"What the..."

"Wait, you also have..."

"Powers? Yes, I do."

Shocked, Myles held his mouth and looked at how things floated around his room.

"Wow, so your power is gravity?"

"Yeah, but this is new. Usually, I'm the one who floats."

"Wow, that's nice."

"So, I've been meaning to ask. When did you get your powers?" she asked.

"Well, since the eclipse thingy, I could see through walls, saved a child, and yeah, during the eclipse, I could see clearly."

"Wow, that's fascinating... I mean, apart from the saving a child part, everything else was the same experience that I had. If only I could still see through walls." she said.

"Yeah, that will be crazy," Myles responded as they both chuckled.

"So, when are these items going to stop floating around?" He asked, now he was sitting beside her.

*Gulp

"I have no idea." she gulped again.

*Boom

"What on earth was that?" Daisy asked.

"Darn, mom!!" Myles exclaimed in fear as he rushed to the kitchen.

"Sweetie, what was that?" his mom asked.

"I have no idea, I'm going to check outside."

He rushed outside, only to see a beast in man form with horns growing out of its head. Cowering in fear, Myles didn't think twice, he ran inside and told his mom to turn off the burner, and head to the basement. She saw the fear in his eyes, so she did so at once. He teleported to his room where he met Daisy shaking like a Jellyfish. He sobered up and tapped her head telling her to calm down. Since he has known Daisy for thirteen years, he knew that she always needed a patting on the head when something dangerous or embarrassing happened to her.

"C'mon, let's go deal with this thing."

"You don't mean the demon that I just saw through the window, do you?"

" I meant exactly that."

He held her and teleported outside with her.

"Let's see how much we can do together; just focus on support."

"But I can't control..."

"Shh..." he placed a finger on her lips, then continued.

"You can do all things," he said.

He brought out his pocket knife, opened it then teleported toward the demon, he appeared from the top and used the knife to tear through the demon's back. The demon growled in pain, and with a sharp reflex, it swung its hand backward attempting to hit Myles. Myles blinked in front of the demon and went for where he thought its heart would be. Successfully, he was able to stab the heart and used the knife to slice down to its abdomen and stopped. The moment he stopped, the demon held his head with its two arms and their eyes met, then the demon smiled.

"This can't be good right?" He thought to himself.

"Weak human!" The demon growled and gave him a head boot. Myles crashed on the floor, flipping backward till he hit a car and came to a stop.

"If I were weak, how am I not dead from that blow yet? How am I still alive? It hurts, but not as much as it's supposed to." He thought out loud.

That's when his hearing started coming back slowly, he started hearing Daisy calling out his name. He slowly opened his eyes to look at her, but before he could raise his head, he looked at the floor and saw all the places he flipped on from the hit had broken, some cracked, and the car he finally hit was nothing to write home about. He stood up, looking at the demon, and Daisy came towards him crying. She jumped and hugged him thanking her stars that he wasn't dead.

"Are you okay?" She said sniffing.

"I'll be fine, let's deal with this guy first." He looked at the demon to see that it was regenerating itself. Shocked he picked up his knife, looking at Daisy who was now by his side like that was the last time he was going to see her. She looked back at him and said:

"Why don't you do what you did at the alley when you saved that woman."

"What?!" he said confused.

"The lightning thingy."

"Uhh... I thought that was you, I concluded that it was you the moment you showed me your powers."

"Well, it wasn't me..."

While they were chattering, the demon's fist appeared in front of Myles' face, he looked at the demon's face who was now five inches in front of him. He opened his mouth in shock."What should I do?" he had already taken enough damage from the head boot, his head was bleeding, but not life-threatening.

"Think Myles." He instinctively swayed his head to the left, then thrust his right hand which was holding the knife forward with all the strength he could give at that point. The moment the punch passed his head, the force shattered every unbroken glass in the car behind Myles, then Myles' knife got in, then he teleported him ten feet from the ground, Daisy used her powers by herself for the first time, she separated the demon from Myles, keeping Myles afloat, she used a lot of force to slam the demon to the ground causing a great amount of dust to scatter around the place making it blurry. Myles' knife was in mid-air while he was still afloat, he teleported to the knife, caught it, then teleported to the demon and cut off its head. Relieved, they sat down beside each other on the floor behind the demon.

Daisy used her powers to levitate the demon and its head keeping it afloat. Due to the speedy movements, Myles had lost more blood than expected, so he passed out on Daisy's lap. Daisy knew that it'll be a matter of time before the cops or people show up, so she began thinking of what to do. That's when a bright light shone from above apart from the setting sun. She looked at it and saw a girl covered in a plasma aura; floating beside the demon, the strange girl stretched her hand toward the demon and incinerated it with a generous amount of plasma. Then she looked at the surroundings, she saw all the portholes caused by the hit that Myles was given, the car that was a write-off, and Myles himself. She descended to them and carried Myles from Daisy. Like Daisy was hypnotized, she didn't utter a single word as she let Myles go with the strange girl. Daisy herself levitated and followed them still not uttering a single word.

"E-e-excuse me please..." she managed to stutter.

"W-w-what's your name?"

"I'm Susan," she said.

"Susan Steven."

"You may refer to me as Aura."

"O-ok"

"C'mon don't be shy Daisy, we're both colors..."

"Colors??"

"W-wait, h-how do you know my name??"

Susan chuckled.

"I see that you've never encountered a demon before."

"No, I haven't."

"'Cuz you just left the demon alive, if I hadn't gotten there sooner, you'd be dead by now."

"What do you mean? Myles cut off its head."

"Cutting off its head only stun's it for five minutes, you have to destroy its cores."

"And what are these cores?" she was now loosening up.

"It has a small shiny ball at its belly button, so just stab there, and it's a goner."

"How were we supposed to know?"

"Didn't the old dude tell you?"

"Old what now?"

They paused in the air.

"An old dude didn't appear in your dreams to tell you who you are? He was supposed to appear to you on the night of the eclipse."

"Well, I didn't sleep till one am this morning."

"I see, you didn't sleep on the day of the eclipse."

"That's why I guess," Daisy responded. And they continued their movement.

"How about your boyfriend, he told you anything?"

"What!!!!! Myles is not my boyfriend, and no, he didn't tell me anything. But he seems to have mastered teleporting though, unlike me... I have no idea how I'm levitating on my own.""If he isn't your boyfriend, then why the blush?" Susan said with a lewd smile.

"What blush?" Daisy said looking the other way.

Susan just kept on smiling.

"Wait, where are we going?"

"My dad's private hospital."

"Wait, your dad knows about your powers?"

"No, he doesn't. The old dude said we can't reveal our identity to anyone else apart from the colors."

"There you go with these colors again."

Susan sighed because she knew the explanation she was about to give was a tedious one."Know what, I'll tell you when this boyfriend of yours wakes up.

"As I said earlier, he ain't my boyfriend."

"He will someday, you know." She continued her lewd smile.

"Meh," Daisy replied.

They arrived at the hospital, descended behind the hospital, and entered through the back door.

"Stay here," Susan told Daisy.

"Ok, I will."

She ordered some nurses to take Myles for immediate treatment. After twenty minutes, a nurse came back with some reports.

"Umm, Miss Susan."

"Yeah, Vannessa?"

"Well, the boy is badly wounded, he has a heavy bruise on his head, I wonder how he's still alive. Plus he has a bruised back, his left leg is at the brim of having a total fracture." She paused to take a break.

"His ribs are quite ok, plus his pulse is super fast, I haven't seen anything like it in my life. And finally, he needs blood."

"But there's a problem with the last part, we checked his blood sample, and it is completely different from every type of blood known to man."

"Well, check mine," Daisy said, knowing that since they both had powers, hers should be compatible.

"Are you related to him?"

"Well, yes, technically."

"That won't suffice, we need a relative of his, maybe they might have his blood type...."

"Just check the girl first." Susan interrupted.

"Yes, ma'am." the nurse said as she took Daisy away.

An hour later, Daisy came back, the blood was a match, and the transfusion was successful. It was now fifteen minutes past seven. She heard Myles' phone ring, she was with his jacket anyway. So she took the phone and checked who the caller was. It was his mom. She picked up the call.

"Hey, ma."

"Hey, Daisy... How are you guys? Where's Myles?"

"Umm, you remember the bang outside?"

"Yes, the one that left portholes on the street."

"Well, some guys fought, then Myles went to separate them... And he got hit, so my friend happened to pass by, and she took us to her hospital." She wasn't much of a liar though.

"What! I'm on my way, text the address."

"Ok, will do."

In less than ten minutes, Mrs. Scott arrived.

"Where is he?"

"He's in his ward ma'am," Daisy said.

She was about to rush to the reception to ask for the exact ward. Susan stopped her and sat her down, she told her his current state and how he can't see anybody till the next morning when he might be awake.

"At least can I sleep in his ward tonight?"

"Yes, you can go there in the next twenty minutes."

"Thank you, darling, what's your name?"

"I'm Susan ma'am."

"You look the same age as Daisy here."

"Yes, I'm eighteen ma'am."

"That's nice, you're age mates."

Daisy chuckled.

After twenty minutes she wished them both a good night and went to ward two-hundred and three to meet with her son.

She knelt as she saw her son's current state and began weeping. He was bandaged all over and was on oxygen. Earlier when Susan was explaining his state, she didn't mention the blood transfusion, and she had also instructed that nobody mentioned it to his mother.

*Cringe

"Ouch!" both girls exclaimed.

"You felt it too right?" Susan asked.

"Yes, a freeze in my head. What the hell was that." Daisy replied.

"I feel it when demons appear." Susan continued.

"That means..."

They both ran out to see three demons emerge from the grass on the hospital lawn."Are you kidding me right now? the bloody eclipse was just yesterday." Daisy said feeling tired."And now it's barely midnight and they're already planning an invasion... If only that person that helped us in the alley could show up."

"What person?"

"Well, I can't even tell if it was a person or not, all I saw was a flash of lightning, and the crime was solved immediately after the lightning disappeared."

"Oh, that must be the unstoppable black."

"Black? As in color black?"

"Yes, the color black. The old dude told me he is our trump card."

"So what are we now, power rangers?" Daisy asked sarcastically.

"Lol, let's get to business, shall we?

"I pray my powers work."

Susan charged up herself and was covered in her plasma aura as she dashed to the one on her left, taking him off the ground and creating a plasma field around them as they went further to the sky.

"I can't believe she left me to handle two on my own, I can barely handle one."

"Don't worry, you're not alone." A sweet girlish voice said behind her.

She quickly turned to look at the girl, she was covered in leaves like a Dryad. She stamped her foot on the floor, making the floor around the demons shake and crack open. Now she had no other choice than to trust the strange girl.

"Now then, I'll leave the one in the middle for you." She said as she used a plant to surround the demon in front of her.

"Fine, I'll fight," Daisy said.

"Umm, could you bring a lot of pebbles, gold, or diamonds or something out from the ground for me?"

"Sure." The girl responded.

She brought out different types of gems from the ground. Daisy levitated them all, gathering a crazy amount of force from the air, and she directed them to the belly button of the demon. The monster would definitely protect its life. So it blocked it with its arms making the impact lesser. But that was just a feint for Daisy, the real stones were behind the demon. She levitated from there so the gems won't burst through the demon and burst through her too. Wondering why she was levitating, the monster looked at her, ready to dash toward her as his mate had done earlier. That's when she struck. The gems burst through the demon and crashed its core and some burst through the walls of the hospital, while the others stopped at the wall.

"Oops, someone's gotta pay for that," Daisy said.

"That was awesome, you know," Susan said from above.

"You're done?" Daisy asked.

Before Susan could answer, the unknown girl interrupted.

"At least, we finished almost at the same time," she said holding a shiny thing in her hand.

"What's that?" Daisy asked.

"Oh, I like keeping their cores." She responded.

"Besides, my name is Kaira, and I'm color green."

"Also, my last name's green, what a coincidence." she chuckled.
