The 5 Nations talked about how to Conquer the Pyramid Feathers. (Sapin, Conan, Ostrica, Leaf, Victoria) The reason why they held a meeting is that they want to conquer the country of Sina, (where the Pyramid Feathers located). The reason why they formed unity is that the country of Sina is hard to conquer. They have a great defense and soldiers. So, the 5 countries thought that maybe if they form a Unity, then can win against Sina. But, what they are meeting is how to attack the P.F. Slayer University, Because in case they attack the school, the Pyramid Feathers will take this war seriously.
