Bitch You Wait, Till I Show You Your Damn Place!!!

Asuka stood in front of the mirror, casually dressed in a shirt and shorts.

He combed through his hair, preparing for the squad meeting. Suddenly, he froze, his eyes fixed on his own reflection. A look of awe spread across his face as he admired himself.

"Damn..." he mumbled under his breath, unable to look away. His eyes over his new physique.

The chubby body he once knew was gone, replaced by a lean, toned body. His hair, once short and messy, now hung long and smooth.

Before he could continue his self-appreciation, a series of dings interrupted the silence.

Asuka blinked, finally moving his eyes away from the mirror. "Oh right, the meeting!" He first grabbed his CAD and checked the notifications.

----------

[Ruby: Where are you?? why are you not answering calls?? We are running late for meet, all have already come. Now we are just waiting for.]

[Grey: Asuka come already if you are reading this, we are also very busy.]

[Ashton: He is reading our chats.]

[Jane: Are you doing this intentionally to satisfy your damn ego. If so you don't need to come, we are plenty enough.]

[Asuka typing...]

[Ashton: he is finally answering looks like Jane predicted it right.]

[Asuka: Sorry I was stuck with something, I will come right away just wait a little bit, also I will later make up for making you wait.]

Wearing the CAD on his wrist, Asuka dashed outside the room, "Dammit, I'm late, now that bitch will take this opportunity to taunt me all day, Tsk!!"

He raced down the hall towards Building A.

....

Asuka stood outside Room 3, feeling a mix of anticipation and nervousness. He knocked on the door, hearing a walking sound from inside. A few seconds later, a cute voice spoke through the peephole.

"Who is it?"

"Asuka Volford, member of your squad," Asuka replied, staring straight at the peephole.

With a brief pause, the voice asked. "Show me your ID first."

Without a word, Asuka held up his CAD, the blue screen glowing as it displayed his ID, towards the peephole.

"Oh, it really is Asuka!" The cute voice exclaimed as she swung open the door, revealing a short, slim blonde girl who looked up at him with wide eyes. How did he get so...sexy? Ahem sorry!!" she coughed a bit calming herself down.

Asuka gave a shy smile as he stepped into the room. "Hello everyone."

The room was similar to his own, with two guys and a girl seated on chairs near the bed. As the meeting had yet to start, they were engaged in casual conversation.

Jane's eyes narrowed upon seeing Asuka, visible frown appeared on her face, but she just ignored him. Then addressing the group in an indifferent tone, She spoke, "Now that everyone's here, let's start."

"Hold up," Ashton, a muscular boy with short brown hair, interrupted. His gaze fixed on Asuka with undisguised astonishment. "Dude, yesterday you had a double chin. To be honest, you looked like a pig. How did you change so much?"

"Nothing special. I just lost some weight. I took a body-strengthening potion today, which also caused some side effects, that's also the reason I am late."

Jane's lips curved into a taunting smirk as her piercing eyes met Asuka's. "You went to such lengths just to impress us."

On Jane's random unprompted taunt, a frown appeared on Asuka's face. "Why would I care about impressing you? I already explained through chat I was busy today, If you're going to act like this for the whole time, then I don't think there is any point in continuing this meeting."

"Ruby, start the meeting already," Grey interrupted, his voice calm but firm. He leaned back on his chair, his eyes hidden under his white hair.

Ruby took a deep breath and addressed the group, "Okay, so in this meeting, we'll start by introducing ourselves and sharing our abilities. That's the most basic thing a squad is expected of."

She looked around, making sure everyone was paying attention before gesturing towards Grey. "Grey, if you don't mind, could you go first?"

Grey quickly stood before the group, one piercing eye visible through the strands of white hair falling across his face. Ruby flinched slightly under his intimidating gaze as he took the centre position.

"I don't mind going first, but as a host, you should have started," Grey stated calmly in her ears. Ruby fumbled for a response.

"S-Sorry, I forgot. I saw you and just..." Her voice trailed off nervously. "I'll go first, you can go next."

"Let that be. I will do it now."

The others watched attentively as Grey scratched his hair and began speaking.

"I will start with my name. My name is Grey Riverdale." His eye moved momentarily towards Jane, whose expression was hardened at the mention of his surname. Ignoring that, Grey continued, "This is my stat window."

With a tap of his cad, a large holographic blue screen appeared before him, displaying his status...

Grey closed his status screen with a sharp click. "That's it," he said simply and started to move back to his seat. However, Ashton stepped in his way, his usual playful smile now replaced by a darkened expression and a disappointed frown.

"What is the meaning of this?" Ashton asked, his voice laced with disappointment.

Grey seemed caught off guard. "Huh? What?"

"A Riverdale is taking up the gun, not the spear," Ashton stated, his eyes boring into Grey.

Grey's response was indifferent. "You forget, I am a bastard of the Riverdale. I can do whatever. No one cares anyway."

Ashton's disappointment was evident as his gaze got more intensified. "Dude, you're overreacting now. Let me take my seat," Grey tried to sidestep Ashton's bulky frame.

"How dare you say that?" Ashton's voice rose. "I came here just cause of you. I took up spearmanship just because of the splendid spearmanship you showed me at last year's Riverdale Festival. It was a perfect art. Why did you abandon it?"

Grey's answer was blunt. "I lost last year's competition though,"

"I know you intentionally lost that, though I don't know why, and I don't care" Ashton countered. "Here, our careers are on the line, and just because you hate Riverdale, you're taking up the gun as your main weapon, which you have no experience with."

Grey turned towards the rest of the group. "If I don't produce expected results, I'll drop out. So, does anyone have issues?"

Ruby flinched at Grey's raised voice but answered in an undertone, "No."

"Listen, no one has a problem, so mind your own business and move aside," Grey glared at Ashton, who remained firmly in his path.

"I still have a problem," Ashton stated resolutely.

Grey frustration reached its peak, "I know what weaklings like you want, you want to get carried, right? You're even worse than Asuka."

"How dare you say I'm thinking about that?"

The tension in the room was getting worse and worse as the confrontation between Grey and Ashton escalated. making Ruby doubt her decision to arrange a meeting, till now nothing was going as she planned.

Asuka, still boiling from Grey's earlier comment, muttered under his breath, "Tsk, why the fucked did you insult me in your fight, what do you mean worse than Asuka,"

Ruby, clearly overwhelmed, stood off to the side. She looked around the room, her face flushed with anxiety. "Guys, please, can we just calm down?" she said softly, her voice barely audible now.

Jane, who had been watching the confrontation with a look of disdain, turned her gaze towards Asuka. Her eyes bore into him. "This is why I can't stand men," she said.

Asuka averted his gaze, trying to suppress his irritation. 'While talking about them why is she staring at me, I don't want to start another fight,' he thought, frustration building inside him. 'Or I would have showed that bitch her place.'

Suddenly a fragment of the memory clicked him, the memory he could take advantage of.

A wide smirk appeared on his face as thought about it.
