Who stays

And so I grew up to only depend on myself and not on anyone else.

I learned to let go of people quite easily

only because I always remind myself that I'm better off alone.

But then I met you, I got to know you

I got to laugh with you, talk with you

Cry with you, and most of all

I got to let myself fall deep and fell in love with you.

In those moments with you, I got one thing in mind.

"by the end of the day, it's you who stays for you,

but for just this once, can you be the one who stays too?"

Because God knows how much it will break me if I lose you.
