Because they still use B&W TVs in Fallout. [3] - Mario, Sonic, Street Fighter & Mortal Kombat. [4] - Cellular phones, then Ipads (or even Pip-Pads) [5] - Getting acquainted with the big shots. After that, I have 3 possible routes in mind : [1] - MC builds his own private shelter. Can include a cryogenic pod. Then he can join a Fallout protagonist or whatever. [2] - MC becomes a Vault-Tec high-ranked executive and becomes Overseer of his own Vault. [3] - MC works under Mr. House and they get the Platinum Chip before the bombs fall.
