It will not be op, if his adaptation only gets boosted only when in danger ( Temporary ), So when danger is over, he'll return to his original state. ( Fast evolution will result in mutation, which will make him look ugly ) so he'll get self conscious, so it's not op.
kaizer20:That's interesting, from an author's perspective, almost immortal Doomsday with high adaptation power, would be soon Universal (maybe even multiversal) level in short time and that pace will quickly kill off the story. As I'll have no reason to go on. (except face slapping, and fan service, more importantly, I'm unable to utilize that character's potential) Hope you like the story.
