I'm curious if you'll give him excellent leadership skills as well as charisma so that way he can lead the marine soldiers well when he reaches the appropriate rank. Of course it would help with the experience if he does decide to leave the marines at some point.

Please change his DF from the impundulu. I mean it’s supposedly weak against fire which the majority of the strongest people in one piece have at least one fire based attack.
