just going to say this, it's not possible to do rasengan with cursed energy, a cursed technique is needed. Cursed energy blast is possible without CT
He is using his ct to form the rasengan, I haven't explained it yet but long story short,he is using very tiny seals of his curse technique in order to stabilize and give it form….he is using the same concept he did for his tree walking technique
