I don't know if its intentional or not but you are making him to be creepy. Like if he was 12 at the time when he first saw the manga and mikasa was 5 years younger looking than him then he fell in love with a 7 year old picture of a girl for her LOOKS. Your pacing of the story is also a bit fast. Otherwise the idea is interesting and I hope the quality will increase as you write more. And thanks for the chapter.
