Interesting thoery, it being Luna's mother who was Lucius' sister. According to what I can find it is more likely that it is Xenophilius who is related to Lucius, but Xeno was disowned and became Xenophilius No-Name so it was only right that he take on his wifes family name since he didnt have one.
