Are there any new features other than time in the Omnitrix Or is it only limited to design?

is this a specialized Omnitrix? like the recalibrated, the Omegtrix, etcetera, with just a different design. or is this just the OG Omnitrix with a custom paint job.

First I just wanted to say it’s nice to see a new story with a ballc protagonist. Also I’m definitely interested in seeing where this goes cause I like Ben 10 and love me some marvel. The only question I have is will this be an amalgamation of marvel lore or just the mcu. Me personally im a bit tired of most stories just using mcu lore I prefer the marvel 616/comic lore. There’s alot more variety there. Either way please don’t drop this story. I’ve already added this stiry to my list. So i’ll be waiting in anticipation for updates!
