NecoArkForever:as I remember and if I'm not mistaken to enter sage mode you need a balance of chakra and natural energy but he has no chakra oh that's why it's difficult because everything in Naruto's world is based on chakra perhaps he could become a vessel for the tailed one, but who will decide to seal him in it? still, he doesn’t really have any connections, and Minato wouldn’t just seal the nine-tails into who knows, even though the tailed one might just break out or Toji’s body wouldn’t hold up
