bro if toji becomes friend with minato or has compassion you are assassinating his character. He killed literal kids with no remorse.
I think it would be more realistic if Obito issued a mission to the black market to attack Minato during the Nine Tails Night as a distraction or something and Toji could take it and Toji fights Minato but it is a draw.
