Comments of chapter undefined of High School DxD: Only I Level Up

Is this one of those fanfic with no logic or reason because author just wanted earn some cash? If Grayfia was using 3 or 7% of power mc will be dead even if he is high class which he is not. 1% of a power which can destroy mountain into dust is still enough to flatten a city, even if s rank hunter from solo leveling come they will have to bow down.
