Nice chapter

Bit of a slow chapter. I understand why a lot didn’t happen, but there really wasn’t any plot progression, so this chapter would have been better as a side-chapter/omake/interlude. Hope we get a time skip through the grinding cuz it was a bit boring to chug through. Danmachi is a very difficult world to write a fanfic for because most of its important elements are either too grindy video-game-esque to put a plot together or is echi. That is why most of the anime focusses outside the dungeon. You will have to pull some AU or a timeskip or something to prevent this story from turning stale or pull a character arc or two before canon begins. Either that or compleatly destroy canon to tackle plot points early.

Could he gain a Body Reinforcement skill? For example, by constantly circulating Mana throught his body, he would gain: – Enhanced Strenght; – Enhanced Speed; – Enhanced Thinking Speed (Mana in the brain); – Enhanced Durabilty and Magic Resistance (a thin layer of Mana over his skin); – Enhanced Healing and Stamina Regeneration; – Enhanced Senses; Cons: – Can't use any form of magic when using this skill; – Consumes a lot of mana in the first levels; Pros: – Costs less Mana and has stronger effects with each level up; – As his body would always be under pressure from the Mana, all his stats would passively increase; Could be a very good skill to use for training and for fighting enemies with very high Magic Resistance.
