Dumbledore will think that he's as talented as Tom is, which is a good thing it will make it easier for him to learn advanced magic. After all, he needs to get stronger to be able to fight Tom, and in fact, I can see him trying to teach him himself advanced magic that he knows to make him ready to fight Tom

it's good that he is showing a high degree of talent cause that would let him do great in hogwarts without Dumbledore finding it suspicious. now as long as he pretends to care about his friends and actually make friends then Dumbledore will just consider him as an extremely talented nice student
