You could save her mother and thus gain Sam's Allegiance and Jacobs. Foreknowledge is not what helps you in Stargate, just where everything is is what helps, because the timeline is way to spread out for the mc to remember everything unless his memories wont fade due to Goa'uld shenanigans?
