i have few questions. From my understanding of his "All talent" quirk, LVL is the thing that matters most. "Points" give him 'potential' for it. So even if he has 1000+ point in a lvl 1 talent that he never practiced, it's a useless talent in that situation. Survival upgrades automatically because it's a base instinct. Did I get it right?? And if the points he gets 1st indicate his natural talent! Does that mean when he doesn't get a talent he has zero natural talent in it? After achieving singularity will his quirk now able to get everything, with like 1 point?? (I really hope not, he will get mentally exhausted (and you author for finding all types of talent), even if he put millions of point in any talent and max it out in an hour, still too tiring.)
