Comments of chapter undefined of Roy Mustang Template in Harry Potter

i feel like he's not a Ravenclaw at all, like the dude keeps making stupid decisions for his perks, load can be increased with stats yet he took a perk for 10 extra load when he could have taken the 2 extra stat points per level up, leveled up the stat which gives him load capacity with that a few times and then gotten extra fire power and the like with the extra points. He's going for immediate gains while we don't even know if the perks he selects are permanent, as of now he lost at least what? 10 status points by not picking the extra points??
