does he get perks due to his stats as well?? like at 50 points, then 100 or so? will he balance his stats a bit excluding attunement and arcane? at least to reach 10 (IF that is the benchmark of a peak human without magic, if not then could you clarify average stats of a muggle and a muggle athlete?)
