A Genius but not Voldermort level yet.

definitely build up to OP. being able to comb through and use all the magic inheritance and knowledge is going to take longer than a summer to completely digest. granted things happening in your head is definitely much faster than on the outside.

I think he should be above average He has got knowledge from memories of Peverall Brothers and Voldemort .But he does lack experience 🙈What is 'OP' ? Is it over powerful. Not sure

He's already well about average in 3rd year since he could perform the patronus spell to chase away hundreds of dementors. So not making him OP seems redundant.
