It's missing the value of the bounty, for S-rank it's around 50 mil to 100 mil depending on their levels and strategic worth. Though almost no one goes bounty hunting S-rank except for Kakuzu you could use the bounty to sort of rank in strength the characters you introduce.
Thanks for the chapter, and I liked the bingo book entry, though if I could add anything it would probably be a bounty because I believe that is the bingo books actual purpose, otherwise great job though, loving the fic so far ;)
