So from a programmer's point of view: This is too OP. All he has to do is either do it himself or have someone write a program into which he will enter all the available ingredients for the potion, as well as all the possible steps for preparing it, such as mixing or raising the temperature or preparing the ingredient in a certain way. The program will create a weighted graph with a list as vertices and "random" edge weights, and then apply a shortest path algorithm to it. As a result, you can get any perfect potion recipe in less than a second. It may require a random number generator that is more related to his immediate environment than the standard one so as not to stress Fortuna so much, but it can be easily done with a regular microphone.
Thanks for the chapter, I think with his luck and potions even if he goes to the world of Campione he could defeat an Heretic God and become a Campione, not counting the Star Buster Star Blast (a Longinus).
