I’ve got some ideas. What if Cyrus creates himself a new body similar to how he did in Harry Potter and the goblet of fire. He could easily scare Ron’s rat the disguised Peter pettigrew into obedience to help him. He could this time create himself a hybrid body with multiple people’s blood. He would obviously need Harry blood to overcome his protection magic but he could also try to obtain some of Dumbledores blood to strengthen it further. And if he could get his hands on some blood of a metamorphmagus by maybe taking some of Tonks blood he could gain a very useful power.

Why is he tutoring them? He's just making his enemies stronger.
