I don't know how other readers feel but at this point I getting really annoyed at how the author for every action/step/plan keep saying about it for unity, resillience, growth, community building etc... I(we readers) at this point already know you don't have to repeat it.. it also feels like you are brainwashing the community..

AC_F5:yes I enjoy reading your novel so no worries there. In my opinion you can do introspectives but after a certain periods/development in your novel.. mabye like after a few weeks/months you can say like the teamwork has developed yada yada yada or like after weeks of hard work the growth/ resillience has yada yada yada.. its just in the previous chapters has to much of it after each growth/development, and you mentioned it in the same sentence/paragraph.. that makes it feel as if MC is using brainwashing 101 methods to form a united/cohesive community.. just spread it out and seperate it.. I think this would help for a better reading experience..
