When did fugaku get the mangekyo too? Because if the clan hoped to use it on kid Naruto with 9 tails then roshi and son Goku should be easy as hell to use it on

Son Goku helping dispell the genjutsu is BS The lava Armor boosting speed also sound like BS, only han Steam should help with speed enough to be impactful

Roshi and Han could use Tailed beast's power but only forcefully. Four tails and Five tails did not actively help them. What you are showing right now is a perfect jinchuriki which only Killer B could achieve before Naruto. If Five tails helped Roshi dispell illusion that means they have already reached an understanding. That would make Roshi perfect jinchuriki. But in canon they could only borrow their power forcefully just like Mito. Mito could use Nine Tail's power but that didn't mean they had reached an understanding.
