there is a movie called Tuck Everlasting it's about a young lady falling in love with an immortal and his immortal family. Long story short, they love each other, but the immortal family get found out, and they kill the sheriff I think (haven't watched in years) close to the end the immortal guy says to the girl that being immortal sucks and they have to stay on the move they are a stone stuck on the side of the river bank watching everyone else age and pass, I always liked that it's sad anyway there's a time skip of like 30 years and he comes back and she is old now and he is the same she tells him she still loves him but she had a wonderful life and he says that he is happier that she got to have a fulfilling life and that all she experienced she would not have with him because cant reproduce. sorry for the wall of text, but I finally remember the movie after ages, and it seems it's going in this direction, although not a happy ending, but still a good one for someone I haven't watched the movie in about 7 years, so this is probably wrong i mainly remember the river stone scene because of a song by chris cornell like a stone, and it reminds me of that scene, lol speaking of chris cornell, he has amazing songsanyone who reas this may want to check him, put one of my favourite i murder of blue skies as an easier spot for the song, it's a master peace and sorry for rambling, lol pps lol, keep up the lovely story. It's good. Chris Cornell - Murderer of blue skies
