This fanfic has an interesting background, of course it has its errors and holes but what seems absurd to me is the treatment, basically Vyseris is already selling food much cheaper than any kingdom in Westeros and even so Ned asks that it be cheaper and what is What is offered in exchange is just that the port tax is reduced, really? Maybe it would have been better to also add the sale of wood at a reduced price, that would make more common sense
