Soulcrystal:are you the one not reading? Avalon could be created through Benehime and Mezuki (Unohana), creating a suoerior Autohealing Scabard. Excalibur could just easily be made with either Engetsu+that light sword he bankai'd. He literally got enough swords with diverse abilities to make most swords from other works
