This fanfic reminds me of "Naruto: The Wind Calamity", the title, the cover image and also the name of the protagonist, Raijin (God of the Storm)/Fujin (God of the Wind), are similar, I hope the author can make this one A good quality fanfic, with many chapters and a good plot. Author-san Forces
