It would probably exhaust their already Average number of Chakra if they use elemental jutsu on top of them using their Clan Jutsus. Either that, or the author didn't just bother making them competent enough....I mean if they can use Fire, Wind jutsu etc. as well, then Wont that make Sakura's effort for improvement even more Pitiful
