Any Fairy Tail ffc where the MC has more than three magic powers is bad in my opinion, he's going to end up with too many underdeveloped powers and most of them will be forgotten. You can develop his ice magic like add the time magic and create some time freeze spell like the girl from Akame ga kill or add arc of embodiment and give life to his magic like Elsa from Frozen. Idc as long as you keep his powers under one theme.
I like the idea, but I feel it doesn't fit with this verse. I mean, the dragon lacrima appearing and being used so easy; the guild plan it's a bad idea because it starts from a crime, the law exist and in Magnolia it's quite strong; the possibility of learning almost any magic so easily it's a problem within the universe according how I understand the magic system, etc... Maybe a rewrite, were you can use the magical system and a gamer system in a more organic way, could be awsome.
