not much really happened here. though we at least now know the name of the ringleader of the opposing side. yet, his call seemed more in line with prodding a bear. even in the best circumstances, prodding a bear is more of a suicidal move. although, to be fair, blade does show his arrogance in thinking the reason he was spared was because HD was 'special.' not that he was being given a chance to rethink what he'd done. however, I'm certainly interested in learning what's going to revealed by nox's betas. that at least promises to be interesting. anyway, on to the next chapter!
