He knows the plot, he knows that Kalawarner has no value whatsoever, then ehy consider reincarnating her? Chance? That's stupid, its's a hit or miss type of situation, where miss is the most guaranteed. She follows orders blindly like how she followed Kokabiel thinking that it's Azazel's orders. She's more of a loose pistol, not even a cannon since she's very weak.

I know that the author prolly has plans for her, but for Riser, who explicitly swore from the beginning that he won't have useless ppl in his peerage, is kinda stupid. I'm not hating on this if author is reading this, just pointing out a minor flaw in characters personality.
BeastSageBookMania:she's a character that has no backstory and was one off, so just like yubelluna and his OC Clarissa, author can mold them into characters that fit whatever role he wants. While yea, it's stupid by a purely objective perspective, but Riser's living it, and he doesn't have near as many options, so he's taking what he can get.
