That Morgan was my second guess after you said that she wasn't from Marvel universe which immediately ruled out Morgan Stark which was my first guess (due to the advanced tech and AI that Spider Supreme had access to).
I had just read a Fate fanfic so Morgan was still rather fresh in my mind.
