isn't it time to venture in defense industry like missiles development (Brahmos or ICBM) or things like iron dome since the world is at war right now and defense industry is booming. Philippines government was also supportive in local procurement so I think stepping right now will make him famous overnight as long as he present his ideas to Defense Secretary . Anything that can contribute to defense sector of the Philippines will gained fame in the country opting to more business opportunities. Like how India is famous right now by having Brahmos missile as Philippines procure it.
