i think i get it xue's master pov. . he want to protect xue for her fate to die in the hand of wanxia. . but even though he treat her better or worse he still didn't tell her the truth. . he want to retain xue pure and innocent heart. . he doesn't want xue to blame herself and try to help him.. still i think that is dumbest desicion he ever make.. i'm sorry but if my life is endanger i better know the situation clearly so i can think of better solution to keep my life and everyone around for getting harm because of me. . i get it he want to protect her but with him withholding the detail it prove to be a failed mission everytime. . now the misunderstanding is very severe for xue to trust anyone. . it is sad really for character like him to endure everything himself but it is his desicion. . he doesn't have anyone to blame for choosing that path. . xue just want anyone around her to be happy but they don't trust her enough to protect herself and anyone around her. . 🙃🙃🙃 i have to keep myself in check so my blood pressure is not sky rocketing because of a story. . it trully exasperating for me. . 😑😑😑

complicated emotions 🤬 since they don't trust her, they can't say anything about her leaving them. they chose foolishly and honestly it's done more harm than good, she deserves her freedom to choose too ☺️ I just want her to be free 💖💖💖
