Power over emotion. luck is related to his power as the wheel dictates his actions and abilities depending on what they land on and a 4 leafed clover is related to luck, only one of the leaves lit up which might mean he can use one power, more leaves lighting up might mean more abilities. He had to touch the guy to make him feel fear. He probably has to feel the emotion or go through a trial to use the power as he himself had to feel fear then be able to use the ability. He moved on his own something is controlling him like his old memory or something else. The time stopping in the beginning doesn’t make to much sense maybe that was the foresight innate ability he has and that would have happened maybe? Just speculation. He gained some xp from defeating this guy or using his ability one or the other. What is the exams supposed to be about doesn’t seem magical or grand as they went into a small room or was it big but he was told to go in the middle of them 🧐. Praise the Fool.
