overall it seems fine so far with what it seems to be youre aiming for... but I highly doubt a clan would dump their kids in an orphanage if the parents died. thats pretty much a disconnect from the clan. obito was an orphan that was cared for in an uchiha run facility specifically and only for uchiha orphans. it would be logical for the inuzuka to either do this or have other family members take care of any orphans in a clan environment.
