I think normal twins will be better. And even if you go for reincarnated twin someone like Freya and Ais will be useless in a normal world, instead how about Shinobu and her sister from demon slayer. They are from the supernatural world but don't have much power. And Shinobu didn't get a satisfying end in DS, I want her to be happy and live a normal childhood with her sister.

It would be cool to put Eri as reincarnated, it would be cool for her to have a loving family

If the baby is someone reincarnated I would like it to be Ayanokouji Kiyotaka, he could bring an interesting dynamic with his lack of revealing emotions. ais is a good choice with him.
