Aoki has nothing to do with the Uchiha, no eye-related abilities, no bloodline, no nothing. Aoki, other than his potential for fire jutsu, shares nothing with that clan.

In Naruto canon we almost never say any fire style jutsus do real damage from anyone but Madara, please give fire style the respect it deserves
