in this AU bcs I don't think they did iom has an advantage on necrons forerunner and eldar bcs they can use both material and immaterial sciencethey also have blanks and nulls that can fk over any psychic race but if even 2 races unite to kill IOM we will inevitably loose like if kroks ans eldar can together we wouldn't stand a chance
