Instead for units and classes, they seem confusing to me, as for example the units should describe what type (and how powerful they are) they are and the class its task/occupation (and its skills) at least I think so. For example, putting the class as a knight and the unit as a footman or the class as a knight in training doesn't seem very correct to me since to be a knight you would need to have a mount. You could do like this: as a class put the ranks of the "Alliance Military Ranks" and as a unit put soldier. For the "Alliance Military Ranks" you can use the one you find on the search engine by writing "wow military ranks" or take inspiration from "roman ranks" or "medieval military ranks" or even "u.s. army ranks". In short, just write "military ranks" and choose. For units you could do this: villager -> soldier -> veteran soldier -> elite soldier -> veteran elite soldier -> knight -> veteran knight -> elite knight -> veteran elite knight -> champion(or hero) -> veteran champion -> elite champion -> veteran elite champion etc... While for the size of the armies in addition to being able to search for "wow armies size" then look at the sizes of the armies in history to get an idea.
