eh if he doesn't kill his step mother one reason could be to find the people above her faster other reeason to keep cops of him since his school then step family will be suspicious but then again i have feeling he has plan to hide from law for now.
Following orders is not an excuse. Drop her off where like a 100 men can pull a train on her .....just to start her punishment ..
