Honestly the only way to grow for him would be to leave honestly. He will have more freedom to roam around and level up. Also he has his skills so he’ll be able to level more freely and sneak around secretly. If he stays it’ll be a pain to level if people are always gonna wonder where the b class dude went. Why is he vanishing etc. unless he sneaks out at night but even doing that he won’t have enough time to level up. He will also have to be careful around the hero and Alicia. In my opinion the better bet would be to leave.
