great chapter eagerly waiting for the next chapter

I just don't see any first years holding someone down and torturing them, especially in like the second day. Why would he not just go to a teacher and report them? He should be mature enough that telling the teacher makes sense. Also, I don't think crabe and goyle would know the stunning spell in first year, they were fairly behind their peers at magic.
