Hmm Asuras mom is an interesting character. She wanted to give him a normal life but didn’t forsee the hardships, pain, and hate that came with said no-mag normal life. Also maybe her issue was thinking she could affect Asuras fate given the fact that his roots go beyond her and even the world she lives on. I would like to think that his success in the current timeline was caused by his own immense existence and not him being saved by outside forces. Well except Helia, she deserves all the credit.
