TheDragonSlayer
I am confused about something. Why is Asura asking himself about how the academy bought the mansion and afforded it when it is mentioned in the note that the royal family has given him this one?
If I got you correctly, then the note he took from the box with the land certificate , it should have said the royal academy not the "royal family".
TheDragonSlayer:The royal academy is only named that as an honour because of being in the capital. It is more his confusion between the two lives, with last life not having such a high level mansion as the first ranks abode, it was two districts lower. Yes, it has dealings with the royal city, but normally those mansions cannot be just bought and are reserved for high-ranking nobles so the royals can keep them under watch and happy. Normally it would only go to a duke or Earl, so he feels it's strange, as in the previous world, the best mansion was different.
