I am pretty sure she is just human, though she was born with a special charming aura because of having thin demon blood from one of her grandparents Essentially, she had the shadow element because of her succubus bloodline, which is less than 1/16 thus doesn't reveal any of the other things you'd assume a succubus to have. (Shadow and light elements aren't normally something humans are born with, unless their bloodline has links to other special races.)
