Thanks a lot for the chapter and just throwing this out there but when you end with the friends Canon can't you just mix it with the billions series. the time line would fit right?
The old apartment building that was bought could still be an apartment building from the 4th floor up. The first floor could be a restaurant , 2nd floor the night club , 3rd floor a fashion studio / business center .....
